The Personal Finance Society is proud to be supporting this year’s Financial Planning Week 2020 starting on Monday 5 October, and World Financial Planning Day on Wednesday 7 October. Financial Planning Week aims to raise awareness of the importance of financial planning and to help people nationwide organise their finances to achieve their future financial goals.
The Personal Finance Society is looking to increase awareness and the number of advisers who support our three pro-bono schemes. This will allow us to help provide more support to those who may not ordinarily be able to access financial guidance, provide more educational workshops to help students understand more about money and to place armed forces personnel and veterans in a better informed financial position.
“Financial Planning Week and World Financial Planning Day is a great opportunity for financial advisers to volunteer a small amount of their time, knowledge and expertise to make a real difference to the lives of armed forces personnel and the nation’s teenagers.” Keith Richards, CEO of the Personal Finance Society |
