The two-day event will offer more than 80 sessions, with keynote speakers including British pioneer Tim Peake, TV’s Sara Davies and business coach Libby Greiwe.
The Personal Finance Society (PFS) will bring its Festival of Financial Planning to the NEC Birmingham on 18-19 November, with a programme designed to educate and inspire 3,000 delegates.
Keynote speakers include astronaut and former test pilot Major Tim Peake CMG, whose session will draw on lessons from spaceflight and high-pressure operations. Entrepreneur and Dragons’ Den investor Sara Davies MBE is set to discuss ambition, risk and resilience, while financial planning practice consultant, Libby Greiwe, will speak to the importance of the first 100 days of a client relationship.
The line-up also includes endurance swimmer Ryan Stramrood, performance speaker Steve Head, and Paralympian Stef Reid MBE, each exploring the themes of mindset, adaptability and performance in demanding conditions.
Delegates will be able to experience a new Talent Hub, featuring speed mentoring and bite-sized learning; the PFS POWER Live stage, focused on the ‘human’ skills that complement technical knowledge; and the Member Voices stage, providing a platform for PFS members to share practical experiences and perspectives from across the profession.
The programme also includes sessions on generating better-fit leads, developing resilience under pressure, and using behavioural insights to deepen client relationships. The event will also examine how advisers can remain relevant to younger clients, communicate value more clearly, and adapt to a more digital and interconnected advice landscape.
Commenting on the event, Carla Brown, President of the PFS, said: “We are absolutely delighted to bring back the Festival of Financial Planning this year, giving professionals the chance to step back from the day-to-day demands of their business to enjoy inspiring learning, warm conversation and exciting opportunities. Across the Festival, delegates will hear from recognised experts, peers and speakers from in and outside of financial services who can help them sharpen their thinking, strengthen their firms and deliver better outcomes for clients.”
Festival passes are free to PFS members, available at www.pfsfestival2026.org where the full programme can also be seen.
