Consumer Trust Impact Award 2026/27
This award recognises those who have delivered meaningful impact in strengthening consumer trust in financial planning or mortgage advice professionals.
It recognises work that has improved confidence, understanding or accessibility, enabling improved financial resilience and better consumer outcomes.
Selection Process:
The winner of this award will be selected by the PFS Board and Executive Leadership Team. There is no public nomination process for this award.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable impact in strengthening consumer trust in financial planning or mortgage advice.
- Contributions that improve accessibility, understanding, or engagement for consumers.
- Initiatives or work that deliver lasting improvements in public confidence and financial resilience.
