New Generation Programme
The CII Group’s New Generation programme offers 50 up-and-coming professionals the chance to improve our profession by working together on a project and presenting it to senior practitioners across the insurance and financial services professions.
Designed to complement existing company talent programmes, the year-long programme provides participants with a range of learning opportunities.
As a long-standing insurance initiative, in 2025 the programme is being extended to welcome members from financial services.
Applications are now open and will close on Monday 18 August.
