About the conference?
Treating customers fairly is a major theme at the FSA – yet many IFA businesses are struggling to come to terms with what they need to do to operate compliantly in the TCF regime. This conference, run by the PFS, will provide a highly practical approach to the key areas that IFAs must deal with under TCF. A range of tools and techniques will be demonstrated and examples will be given from other IFAs who have mastered the subject. The conference will allow you to implement TCF tools in your business and make a real difference. It might also help you to pass muster with the FSA.
