Terms & Conditions of Entry
The Personal Finance Society Chartered Awards 2010
Relevant entries and nominations can be completed online or submitted by post to: The Personal Finance Society, 20 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY. The deadline for receipt of entries is 28 June 2010. The official entry form must be used and can be downloaded and printed to accompany postal applications. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete, damaged or corrupt entries. Proof of submission is not proof of delivery.
Judging the awards
All entries will be assessed by a panel of judges in a way that is transparently fair and based on consistent and objective criteria. The judges are appointed by the Personal Finance Society. They are required to identify conflicts of interest and must excuse themselves from participating in the assessment of relevant entries if any conflicts exist. They are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Entries will be judged solely on the basis of the information provided by the entrant, who may be required to provide additional information if requested to do so by the Personal Finance Society. No correspondence will be entered into with or on behalf of entrants concerning the Judges' decisions which are final and binding. Entries which do not comply with the eligibility criteria or which contravene the spirit of the Chartered Awards may, at the sole discretion of the Personal Finance Society, be rejected. In cases where the judges are not satisfied with the standard or quality of entries it is possible that no award will be made.
Copyright
The Personal Finance Society may use for the purpose of promotional material any work and any entrants' details submitted in respect of the Awards and the Personal Finance Society shall have copyright in respect of such work. Award winners may be required for media interviews. Further information may also be sought from Award winners to be publicised as part of the Personal Finance Society's promotion of the Chartered Awards.

By submitting an entry the entrant agrees that all terms and conditions are accepted as final and will abide by these rules.
