Understanding trust and their uses

This podcast is the second of four that we have developed for members with the support of AEGON. ‘ Understand the legal concepts and considerations relevant to financial advice’ is part of the Financial Services Regulation and Ethics syllabus and may prove useful for those members that have identified gaps in this area between the new QCF Level 4 syllabus and their existing qualifications. The presentation focuses on the types, use and administration of trusts.
