The CII's employer guide to making the most of flexible working. 

The way we work is changing. Attitudes and expectations, legislation and technology are helping to consign to history the view of the traditional set working day. Though not a new concept, flexible working is leading this shift in working culture. Recent legislation has given all employees the right to request flexible working arrangements - but employers need to think wider than the legal requirements. There are numerous benefits available to those who adopt a sensible and viable approach. Firms should consider its introduction as part of its wider business strategy and an exploration of new ways of working.
