series is intended to provide a helping hand to individuals and
firms across insurance and financial services. Ethical culture:

The CII's series has been commended by the FCA's Director of
Supervision, Clive Adamson in a speech on the need for the sector
to adopt an ethical approach. Mr Adamson said that:
